Interest Rates on the rise

If you are one of those people who have decided to wait to purchase a home, you might like to know that interest rates are beginning to rise.  Now is the time to act if you would still like a low interest rate!  Nobody really knows if the interest rates will continue to rise, but why wait until next year to find out?
